Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services provided via the Genzo Bet version of the Genzo Bet website available at https://genso.bet (the "Website"). By registering an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are designed to comply with applicable law and the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission.

(UK Gambling Commission account number 56789) is referred to in some corporate disclosures as part of the wider group structure; any historic sanctions imposed on that entity in 2023 for unclear bonus marketing do not alter your rights under these Terms but inform our commitment to transparent and clear bonus conditions.

Independent testing and fairness for the games offered through the Genzo Bet platform are supported by Random Number Generator (RNG) and return-to-player (RTP) certifications from eCOGRA covering slots, table games, and live casino products as linked in the Website footer. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and replace all previous versions relating to Genzo Bet on the Website.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

  • "Account" means a personal online gambling account registered in your name on the Website, used to access the Services and hold your funds.
  • "ADR Provider" means the Independent Betting Adjudication Service ("IBAS") or any alternative dispute resolution entity notified on the Website from time to time.

  • "VPN" includes any virtual private network, proxy, or similar technology or configuration used to mask, alter, or misrepresent your true geographic location or IP address.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

  • Minimum age: You may only register and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble under the laws of the United Kingdom. We carry out age and identity verification checks, including checks against relevant databases, in order to comply with UK Gambling Commission requirements and anti-money-laundering legislation.
  • Location restrictions: The Services are intended for Players resident in, and physically located within, the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). You must not access the Website from any Restricted Country or from any jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful. Access from Restricted Countries may be blocked by geo-location controls.
  • Prohibited use of VPNs: You must not use a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to hide or manipulate your true location. As stated in our VPN policy, any attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions, including use of public networks, internet cafés, or shared IP addresses without additional verification, may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account and possible forfeiture of winnings while we investigate.

Account creation process

  • Registration data: To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, home address, email address, and any other data we reasonably request. By submitting the form, you confirm that all information is true and up to date.
  • Verification and KYC: We may require you to complete email verification, mobile verification, and KYC checks before allowing deposits, placing Bets, or processing withdrawals. This can include providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and, where required, evidence of the source of your funds or wealth. Until verification is completed to our satisfaction, your Account may remain restricted.
  • Single Account policy: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for Genzo Bet on the Website. Multiple accounts, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or IP addresses, are prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings associated with abuse.
  • Accuracy and updates: You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times and promptly inform us of any changes (for example, residence, name change, or contact details). We may periodically request updated documents or information to satisfy ongoing regulatory and risk-management requirements.

Security, responsible use, and self-exclusion

  • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account. You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit another person to use your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change your password immediately and notify us via the support channels on the Website.
  • Responsible gambling tools: In line with UK regulatory expectations and industry standards, the Website provides responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to use these tools if you feel your gambling may be problematic or at risk of becoming so.

Placing Bets and game participation

  • Game rules and information: Each Game and betting market made available on the Website is subject to its own specific rules, paytables, minimum and maximum stakes, and return-to-player (RTP) information. By placing a Bet or participating in a Game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules and agree to be bound by them in addition to these Terms.
  • Stake limits and acceptance: The minimum and maximum stakes for each Game or market are determined by the Operator or the relevant provider. Bets that fall outside those parameters may be rejected automatically. A Bet is only accepted once it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your betting history. If there is any dispute about whether a Bet has been placed or accepted, the data recorded on our systems shall prevail.
  • Account balance and currency: Bets may only be placed using funds available in your Account balance. We do not extend credit, and you may not place a Bet that would cause your balance to fall below zero. Account balances are maintained in GBP (£) for UK Players unless otherwise stated on the Website.

Results, settlements, and errors

  • Determination of results: Game outcomes for casino products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, for live casino and real event betting, by objective, independently verifiable results. eCOGRA-certified RNGs and audited RTP figures apply to relevant Games, as indicated on the Website, and we settle Bets strictly in accordance with the published rules.
  • Palpable and technical errors: In the event of an obvious error (for example, manifestly incorrect odds, misconfigured Game rules, or a clear misprint) or a technical malfunction in the operation of the Website or a Game, we reserve the right to void affected Bets and/or to adjust settlements to reflect the correct terms. Where possible, stakes on voided Bets will be returned to your Account, and we will not be obliged to pay any winnings that arose from such errors.
  • Network interruptions and latency: Your internet connection, device performance, and network latency may affect the operation of the Services. We are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by your equipment or connectivity. If your session is interrupted after a Bet has been placed, the outcome will be determined by our systems, and the result will be available in your transaction history once processed.

Conduct in live casino and chats

  • Behaviour standards: When interacting with live dealers, support staff, or other Players via chat features or similar tools, you must behave respectfully and refrain from using offensive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language. Any content that is obscene, defamatory, or promotes illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of collusion and fraud: You must not engage in collusion with other Players, unfair play, use of bots or automated systems, manipulation of software or Games, multi-accounting, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent behaviour. We may monitor gameplay and account activity using automated and manual tools to detect suspicious patterns.
  • Sanctions for misconduct: Breach of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and/or winnings, and reporting of relevant information to the UK Gambling Commission or other competent authorities where required by law.

Bonus Terms

General bonus conditions and transparency

  • Clear presentation of terms: In recognition of UK regulatory expectations and industry enforcement history, including sanctions in 2023 on related entities for unclear bonus terms, all Promotions on the Genzo Bet version of the Website are intended to be presented clearly and prominently. The key terms of any Bonus (including eligibility, wagering requirements, maximum winnings, and expiry) will be set out in the specific promotional terms and in summary form in the main advert.
  • Acceptance of bonus terms: By opting in to a Promotion, entering a bonus code, or accepting a Bonus credited automatically, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific terms of that Promotion in addition to these Terms. If you are unsure about any condition, you should contact customer support before participating.

Activation, wagering, and game contributions

  • Activation of Bonuses: Bonuses may require an opt-in, a qualifying deposit, or placement of qualifying Bets. The minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and any restrictions (such as payment method exclusions) will be described in the applicable promotional details. Some Promotions may be limited to new Players, specific regions, or particular Games.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement will be expressed as a multiple of the Bonus and/or deposit (for example, 30x Bonus), and you must meet this requirement within the specified time period before any related funds can be withdrawn as cash. The exact multiple and timeframe for each Promotion will be displayed in the relevant terms as of 2025.
  • Game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, most slots may contribute 100%, certain low-risk table games a lower percentage, and some products (such as some live casino Games, jackpots, or real event betting) may contribute 0%. The applicable contribution table will be set out in the bonus-specific terms or the general Bonus Policy.

Prohibited play and bonus abuse

  • Irregular betting patterns: You must not use strategies that are designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, including but not limited to: placing equal, low-risk, or opposite Bets on multiple outcomes; significantly increasing Bet size after a win; or placing maximum allowed stakes on high-volatility Games solely for the purpose of quickly clearing wagering. We may define and publish examples of irregular play and update them from time to time.
  • Multiple account and group abuse: Bonuses are intended for the genuine use of a single Player per household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated. Abuse can include sharing devices or payment methods solely to obtain multiple welcome offers, collusion between a group of Players, or use of VPNs to bypass regional restrictions. Where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, we may remove Bonuses, void associated winnings, and close Accounts.
  • Maximum bet and winnings limits: While a Bonus is active and until wagering requirements are met, there may be a maximum allowed Bet per spin, game round, or event (for example, £5 per spin or the equivalent stated in the promotion). Exceeding this limit may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings. Some Promotions may also cap the maximum convertible winnings from Bonus funds; such caps will be disclosed in the specific terms.

Expiry, cancellation, and combining promotions

  • Expiry of Bonuses: Bonuses and any associated free spins or free bets are time-limited. Unless otherwise specified in the Promotion, if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the Bonus and any winnings generated from it that have not been converted to cash will expire and be removed from your Account.
  • Cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via your Account or by contacting customer support. If you cancel a Bonus before completing the wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus funds and Bonus-derived winnings will ordinarily be removed, while your original cash balance (excluding Bonus funds) will remain available, subject to any other applicable conditions.
  • Combining Promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Promotions cannot be combined. Only one welcome offer or first deposit Bonus per Player, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Participation in one Promotion may cause you to be ineligible for others that overlap in time; the relevant terms will state whether Promotions may be used concurrently.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits and payment methods

  • Available methods: The Website supports a range of deposit methods for Genzo Bet Players, including debit cards issued in your name, selected e-wallets, bank transfers, and, where explicitly offered and permitted by law and our licence conditions, approved crypto-related payment solutions. The exact methods available to you are displayed in your Account cashier section.
  • Ownership and verification: You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. We may request documentation (such as a photo of the card with some digits obscured, or confirmation from your bank or wallet provider) to verify ownership. Using third-party payment methods without authorisation is prohibited and may result in reversal of transactions, Account suspension, or notification to relevant authorities.
  • Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method and are shown in the cashier. We do not charge deposit fees, but your bank, e-wallet, or crypto service provider may apply their own fees or exchange rates; we are not responsible for such charges.
  • Credit card ban: In accordance with the rules of the UK Gambling Commission as applicable in 2025, you must not use credit cards issued to individuals to fund your gambling on the Website, whether directly or indirectly via e-wallets or other intermediaries, where such usage would breach regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals, processing times, and verification

Refunds, chargebacks, and treatment of funds

  • Refunds of Bets and Bonuses: Where a Bet is voided (for example, due to a palpable error or cancelled event), your stake will normally be returned to your Account. If a Bonus or Promotion is cancelled or revoked in accordance with its terms, Bonus funds and any dependent winnings may be removed, but your remaining cash balance that is not linked to the Bonus will generally remain available, subject to AML and regulatory checks.
  • Chargebacks and reversals: If you initiate a chargeback or reversal of a deposit, we may suspend or close your Account, void pending Bets, deduct funds corresponding to the disputed amount, and recover any costs incurred. To investigate possible fraud or misuse of payment instruments, we may share necessary information with payment processors, banks, or law enforcement agencies as permitted by law.
  • Segregation of funds: Player funds are held in accounts separate from the Operator's business accounts in accordance with the level of protection described on the Website and the categorisation required by the UK Gambling Commission. However, this segregation does not amount to a trust or insurance arrangement, and in the event of insolvency, repayment of funds may depend on the specific protections in place at that time.

Limitation of Liability

Operator obligations and fair provision of Services

  • Provision of the Services: We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with these Terms, applicable UK law, and the conditions of our UK Gambling Commission licence. However, we cannot guarantee that the Website will be free from errors or omissions at all times, and we may correct any manifest error without prior notice.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Events beyond our control: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: power failures, network interruptions, third-party system failures, denial-of-service attacks, industrial disputes, or acts of government or regulatory authorities.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of opportunity arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even if such loss was foreseeable or we were advised of the possibility of it.
  • Maximum liability: Subject always to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game, or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake on that Bet or the amount actually in dispute, whichever is lower. For ongoing Account-related issues, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the lower of: (i) the net balance of your Account at the time of the incident; or (ii) the amount of £10,000, unless a higher amount is required by mandatory law.
  • Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of content and software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Services, including but not limited to trademarks (such as "Genzo Bet"), logos, domain names (including genso.bet), graphics, interfaces, texts, software, and underlying source code, are owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors, or software providers. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  • Limited licence to use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted, and all rights are expressly reserved.

Restrictions on use

  • Prohibited acts: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or the software used in connection with the Services, except to the extent that such activities cannot be prohibited under applicable law. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, or any related systems, nor interfere with or disrupt their operation.
  • Third-party content: Games and other content provided by third-party suppliers (including the Quantum Gaming Platform and other B2B providers) are made available under licence. You must comply with any additional usage restrictions notified within the Game or on the Website. You acquire no rights in any third-party content beyond the limited licence necessary to use the Services.

Privacy & Data Protection

Processing of personal data

  • Privacy Policy: All personal data collected and processed in connection with your use of the Website and the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. This includes obligations around data minimisation, security, retention, and the exercise of your rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability, subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
  • AML and responsible gambling data: We may process and retain data related to KYC, AML checks, affordability assessments, self-exclusion, and responsible gambling controls, including records of interactions, in order to comply with our legal and regulatory duties and to protect you and us from harm and financial crime.

Changes to Terms

Updates and notifications

  • Right to amend: We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or regulation, guidance from the UK Gambling Commission or other authorities, improvements to the Services, or adjustments to our business practices. The most current version will always be available on the Website, indicating the effective date (with updates through at least 2025).
  • Notice of material changes: Where changes are material and likely to affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice by appropriate means, which may include email, on-site notifications, pop-up messages at login, or banners on the Website. In exceptional circumstances (for example, where immediate changes are required by law or to address significant risk), changes may take effect sooner, with notice provided as soon as practicable.

Acceptance of updated Terms

  • Continued use: By continuing to access or use the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the termination provisions.
  • Historical versions: For transparency, we may retain or make available previous versions of these Terms upon request or as otherwise required by regulation or best practice, so that material changes over time, including during 2025, can be identified.

Termination & Suspension

Closure by the Player

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support through the channels described on the Website. We may ask you to confirm your request and may offer responsible gambling options such as time-out or self-exclusion if closure is motivated by gambling concerns.
  • Withdrawal of funds on closure: Subject to completion of any outstanding verification, AML checks, and the resolution of any disputes or investigations, we will pay out any remaining cash balance on your Account (excluding Bonus funds and related winnings that have not met their conditions) via a suitable payment method.

Suspension and termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: We may suspend or terminate your Account, retain or withhold funds where permitted, and/or void Bets or Bonuses in circumstances including (but not limited to): suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; breach of these Terms; use of VPNs or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions; multiple accounts; chargebacks or payment disputes; provision of false or misleading information; underage gambling; or failure to pass KYC, AML, or affordability checks.
  • Investigation and account restrictions: During an investigation into suspected breach or risk, we may temporarily restrict your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw, and may lock funds on the Account pending the outcome. We will act proportionately and in accordance with our regulatory obligations, keeping appropriate records of the steps taken.
  • Outcome and treatment of funds: If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any restrictions will be lifted and funds released in line with our standard procedures. If a serious breach or prohibited behaviour is established, we may close the Account, confiscate Bonuses and related winnings, and, in serious cases, withhold some or all funds in accordance with applicable law and our regulatory duties. We may also report the matter to relevant authorities, including the UK Gambling Commission, where required.
  • VPN policy enforcement: Consistent with our VPN policy, if we determine that you have used a VPN, proxy, or similar service to circumvent territorial or self-exclusion controls, your Account may be closed immediately and winnings may be forfeited, with funds remaining locked for the duration of any necessary investigation.

Notification and appeals

  • Notice of decision: Where legally permitted and not prejudicial to any investigation or regulatory obligations, we will notify you by email or via the Website of the decision to suspend or close your Account and, where possible, provide a brief explanation.
  • Requests for review: If you disagree with our decision, you may contact customer support to request a review and provide any information you consider relevant. We will re-assess the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you remain dissatisfied after completion of our internal complaints process, you may escalate the dispute to our ADR Provider as described in the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law and regulatory framework

  • Governing law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your place of residence within the United Kingdom.
  • Regulation and licensing: The Operator is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 54321 for gambling services provided to customers in Great Britain. The Commission's Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) apply to our operations and underpin many of the obligations set out in these Terms, including requirements around fair and open gambling, customer interaction, anti-money-laundering, and dispute resolution.

Complaints and dispute resolution

  • Internal complaints process: If you have a complaint about the Services, including about the settlement of a Bet or the operation of your Account, you should first contact customer support via live chat or email, providing as much detail as possible. We will acknowledge your complaint and seek to resolve it promptly in accordance with our internal complaints procedure as updated through 2025.
  • Escalation to ADR (IBAS): If, after following our internal complaints process, your complaint remains unresolved after 8 weeks from the date you first raised it with us, or if we issue a final "deadlock" response, you may refer the dispute free of charge to our ADR Provider, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). You can submit your complaint through the IBAS website, providing all relevant evidence. IBAS will review the case impartially and issue a ruling.
